Do it the Scandinavian way - ketchup in a bolognese, carrots and broccoli in a Pad Thai, a doner kebab on a pizza and even a taco with nachos on a pizza, for those who can't decide between Mexico and Italy.

I was chaperoning my daughter when she played a game in Barcelona earlier this year and went out with the team afterwards to some tapas place and they were serving red wine mixed with coke and ice... The reason being that it made bad wine taste nicer... **** that, I'm 56 and hadn't had a drink for 3 years, just get me a glass of decent wine instead of some kid's cocktail from hell.
None of that sounds edible or drinkable!

The only place for broccoli is the compost heap.

Nothing wrong with Doner on a pizza

Red wine and coke isn't new. Me and the Mrs were drining this back in early 2000's

I came across these on youtube, all mixed in individual mason jars, each jar is one serving.
The base is the same everytime and then just add whatever you want.
I've just done four and they're in the fridge now 'til tomorrow.
Rolled Oats (1/2 cup)
Chia seeds ( 1 TBSP)
Milk of your choice (1/2 cup)
Greek Yoghurt (1/4 cup)
Maple Syrup or
Honey (1 TBSP)
After you've done the base you can chop your fruit/s up and add 'em to the base. Stir thoroughly until it's nice and smooth then put in the fridge for at least 3 hours but overnight is best.
Haven't tasted one yet but it looks bloody good. You can make 'em one at a time or in batches.
I've done four different ones because they'll last in the fridge for four days.
Enjoy.

Edit: When you've taken out of fridge you can put more fruit on top.
Enjoy.

Done this a few times.

Don’t like the seeds though.

Been doing those for ages. Vary between blueberries, banana or mixed nuts.

Had any trouble with the chia seeds after eating 'em mate?

No. Mix them in the ones we’re talking about and in porridge. Was told to eat more of them when I was having iBS problems. Good source of various nutrients. Sometimes just sprinkle them on foods.

Ok thanks mate, been told to watch 'em 'cause they can cause trouble if not prepared right.
Haven't had any of 'em yet, first time in morning.
