Frank continues to rotate through the various competitions quite well, something Ange failed abysmally at. Richarlison worked hard but provided another reminder of how limited he is.
A decent performance with some good movement and passing, but also a little casual. Seemed happy to take the win without going through the gears. Having said that, their keeper played a blinder and it could've been a much bigger scoreline. We're going to get more penalties in Europe than domestically again, aren't we?
Equally they could easily have had a couple at least. It was an ok performance and at times we looked more coordinated offensively, but it was far from a faultless showing against a bang average opposition whose tactics were almost suicidal.
It was quite casual and some of the defending was sleepy, at times. I felt that there was also some concern about getting carded, too. No benefit of replays, of course, but both of our yellows seemed like bullshit, to me.
I didn't see the VDV one but Palhinha got booked simply because their man rolled around on the floor like he'd been thrown from a horse.
Wasn't Palhinha's the Arsenal standard of running into a player and throwing yourself to the pitch before the bloke you ran into has a clue what the hell is going on?
