Last night, particularly the first half, was dismal. No fight, no guile, no creativity, nothing. They would have been five up by the break had it not been for the keeper. We improved in the second half, but that's not saying much. Fullah looked lively and must now get a run of games. Tanto put himself about and is surely a better alternative to the woeful Leaburn. Something drastic needs to change if we are to avoid the drop. On this form we will lose to the teams around us, including Oxford, Pompey and Norwich. I still think Jones has the ability to keep us up, yet the owners may see things differently if we lose six, seven or eight on the spin. The Boro fans were terrific, especially during the tribute to Norm. They are a credit to their club. I hope they go up. They played some lovely stuff, though it was against an abysmal opponent.
Agree with above post but Jones is in no danger of getting the boot and that will stand for a long time to come
Have to also say - top class behaviour from Middlesbrough fans . So great to see after Portsmouth fans lack of class at the weekend
