How will the Portsmouth fans be accommodated? Seem to recall them.being guven the whole of one end in the past ? Not sure I would be comfortable with the current arrangements for away fans when it comes to Portsmouth.

Think they only ever had the whole end in cup games didn't they? League games are always the standard allocation.

I think the rules are 10% for league games and up to 15% for cup games.

They weren't given the whole end for the two fa cup ties, had a larger allocation but we still had fans in the Northam. I always used it as an example in recent years when we started giving the whole end unnecessarily.

Skates will get less than 3k I imagine due to extra segregation. Rumours of a mutual agreement between clubs of 2.7k each.

    15% is FA Cup only.

Championship (and L1/2) is whichever is lowest out of 10% and 2k.

Don't forget they'll all be bussed in so won't be mingling around outside the ground.

With police agreement. The way it’s set now, even if we got them in the cup, I don’t think they’ll agree to any extension.

Stoke have only received 2,400 tickets for the game at St Mary's.

Doubt they'd sell more than that. Be surprised if they sold all of those tbh.

I really hope the club are open to rethinking this, though I suspect not due to the fanzones.

Undoubtedly a failed experiment at this point.

It's all well and good saying you can have a single end to lead the singing but if they can't be heard at the other end of the ground then it's never going to work.

**** the fanzones (they only get in the way and cause a bottleneck for those who want to get out) and put the stadium back to how it was.

They're a money spinner though so they won't bin it.

The bottleneck did improve for quite a while but was awful again today.

Probably just because fans couldn't go round the kingsland though.

Yeah, I sadly suspect they won't bin them off entirely, but they do need rethinking so that they're not there right in the main pathway.

I got caught up in bottlenecks at both Wrexham and Stoke so I've yet to see an improvement there <laugh>

Took me about 10-15 minutes to get from kingsland/northam corner to outside the chapel pre game.

I don't think you can call it an experiment TBH as that implies they are still testing it.

There are still two groups of song starters in the Northam who don't seem to be able to hear each other and start different songs at the same time and so both just peter out. All the empty seats either side of the away is **** for atmosphere too. We probably need one of the singing groups in the Northam to move next to the away tbh. Would help the Northam and build the atmosphere next to the away.

A failed experiment is what it should be considered and therefore rectified at the earliest opportunity.

Or we could just go back to what we had before?

Agree though it's still very rare that the whole northam is singing together.

I'd also rather not have a big northam influx into the chapel!

I just don't see them changing it back tbh.
I don't think anyone else but some of the northam fans would be happy being right next to the away and that's shown by the gigantic gaps either side of the away that currently exist (I can't actually see what it looks like the Kingsland side of the away from where I sit).
