Well, we've won 6 out of 7 under Tonda so I'll take the positive mindset.

Still think we need to strengthen in the transfer window. I'd go big lump of a striker who's able to hold the ball up, an upgrade replacement for the wee man and a winger in the same vain as Leo ( Just don't think Jrob is quite up to the task, not yet anyway )
All of this is just my opinion.

 

Feel we should be making subs at half time, considering the opposition come out fighting and we drop back.
I get why he made the subs to the front three.
Scienza looks knackered after 50 minutes which is unsurprising considering the runs he makes.
Armstrong was on a yellow so not worth the risk as he tends to.make running back risky tackles.
Maybe bring on romeu/charles when back and move to a midfield 3 to give us more cover

 

We did the same against Birmingham, why wasn't that the wake up call?

Tonda needs to coach this team to see games out by controlling them when we are 2 or 3 up, not sit deep and invite pressure. We won't keep getting away with it.

 

Agreed. I see it as a positive learning opportunity. We need to remember, we are still recovering from 50 games of dross

 

We need a new defensive set piece coach and maybe a new fitness regime, we've looked dead on our feet for the last quarter of the last two matches.

 

Not just the players that should give the coaching staff a jolt to.

Thing is, I have confidence in Tonda to sort this. I haven't had that in a manager we've had for a while.

 

Yes he's pencilled in to come back at the end of January but only for 3 games and then he's out for the rest of the season because basically the poor lad is only held together with sticking plaster and band-aids

 

And we can’t have such an overwhelming positive change without giving us fans something to complain about can we? I’m sure Tonda will sort this!!

 

Yep. Fully this. We have 18 points out of 21. All teams have good spells in games like we did and then Baggies did. We need to chill a little. Get upset if we drop points. Tonda will be working with the team.on closing out games better
