    3-0 at half time should be enough to win games. Hopefully this is a wake up call as our games have generally followed the pattern of blowing teams away in the first half, then coasting second.

    Appreciate teams will come out all guns blazing first 15 or so of the second half if they are a couple of goals down, but we just invite too much pressure

    Tonda really needs to sort this dramatic drop off in the 2nd half. Dreadful dreadful performance, like headless chickens in the 2nd half. Think it's game over through playing terrific football in the 1st half and then it's far too complacent after that. Literally like watching 2 different teams, we're not going to keep getting away with that.

    The good thing about the second half is hopefully it should stamp out any complacency in the players and I'm sure Tonda will ensure that.

    Tbh I don’t think tonight was down to the subs, was just a general malaise across the team from kick off in the second half

    This. In a way it could turn out to be a good thing. Players got a fright but we got away with it. Should focus everyone's minds.

    Southampton survive a scare to hold on and take all three points!

    All of Saints' goals came in the first half but Ryan Mason's Albion produced a spirited comeback in the second half that nearly paid off but Samuel Iling-Junior missed a huge chance right at the end of the game as they fell to defeat.

    Saints have now won seven of their last six games and as it stands move up to eighth in the Championship table.

    West Brom maintain their spot in 16th.

    yeah was more responding to “we need to kill teams off”. I’d say 3-0 at half time should be enough to kill teams off
