    Dodgy knees, dodgy hips, dodgy Achilles. Sounds like just another day in Sagaland. Getting old is a bugger, but it’s better than the alternative. Do we need a fans ailments thread?

    Most of my aches and pains come from two sources S.R.Is and D.R.Is.... Sports Related Injuries and Drink Related Injuries exacerbated by not giving the knocks sufficient time before getting back on the pitch.

    Easier said than done but much improved today such that I can jump on me bike and head to the Amazing Oriental superstore an Aladdin's cave of Asian goodies.

    One of my favourite nights at St Mary's ever. The atmosphere was unreal. Smallbone lifted the roof with the first. Didn't realise it was Tom Fellows that 'brought down' Manning (it was never a pen). Tom Fellows is one of our own.

    The fact it's on sky is tempting but if I stay home I'll end up just working and I really could do with getting out of the house more.

    Remote working is fine but much too often I find myself not leaving the house for days on end.
