So once again we are in need of a goal and Pardew sticks on Sammy Ameobi instead of HBA.

What is this sh*t? Has Pardew and HBA fell out or is Pardew just totally incompetent at making decent substitutions?!

    Unbelievable.

    2 points dropped.

    agree.

ben arfa is the perfect type of player. we needed some magic.. = HBA.

liked seeing vuckic & santon in action though, seem like quality young players.

I mean, cm'on....BRING HBA ON FFS! He tormented Everton last season at Goodison Park, he played well against Mancity....AND HE CAN'T EVEN GET ON THE PITCH AGAINST SWANSEA?

I can perhaps see why Pards didn't start Ben Arfa, but it's baffling that he didn't come on in the second half.

JFC, he should be one of the first names on the team sheet, not making way for the Ameobi family.

So frustrated that we are not playing Ben Arfa ... So hes good enough to play against Man City but not Swansea makes no sense

That's a big positive from the game. Hopefully Pardew doesn't stick with his policy of favouritism and bring Raylor back when he's fit.

I'm fed up of the Ameobi's getting minutes 'because they are nice guys'. For **** sake stick on the one player on the bench that could have done something! Worst substitutions I have ever seen and on top of that it was 70 minutes by the time he made his first one <yikes>.

It was obvious that things weren't working 5 mins into the second half...change things then!

Ameobi has been holding us back for a decade and now another ones getting rated ahead of Hatem Ben Arfa. FFS . We never really rolled the dice ourselves in this match.

I can see Sammy become like his brother..... Best played well and was doing enough to keep HBA at bay however when Besty came off, I had assumed HBA would replace him. Not bloody Amadonkey!

    Sack the board.

    Pardew out.

<laugh> ...**** sake, of course it's frustrating that we've failed to score but we were unlucky - we've hit the woodwork on a few occasions and Krul has not had a single save to make.

    Have a word.

Yeah I agree. He deserved at least 30 mins at the end when we were losing a bit of steam ...

Something isnt right...this will sound odd. But, I hope its down to HBA still not being fit enough.

Hope to god its nothing to do with Pards and himself falling out.

I don't think anyone disagrees with this, they can just see that Sammy Ameobi doesn't really do a lot for the team at the moment, and are frustrated that he's keeping our prodigious talent is sitting on his arse.
