Can we will be clear and put something into prespective, saying a racial word (if that's what is proven to be used) in responce to someone winding you up, makes the person a rather low class person but does not imediately make someone a racist (they may well be racist but that comment in itself does not make a open and shut case). If someone refused to shake someones hand or refused to play on the same pitch as someone or it came out that the person had some racial views then that would make someone a racist. Now Im not saying if proved guilty Suarez should not be punished but I will not automatically assume that the man is a racist.
