Tactics were right and performance was right in the first half and you accept they have half a billion worth of players still sat on the bench. Even when two mistakes cost us two goals early second half you sort of accept it as it’s expected. What I didn’t expect was great subs, change of tactics and it all working out well. Gnonto earns a penalty and DCL tucks it away, Aaronson doing damage and putting stack in on goals sub 2 doing a job and the finish from Stach outstanding. We then allow them in again and go behind then fighting spirit gets us up the other end hassling and up pops sub 3 for the equaliser.

A great performance yet again, another 3 goals scored and admitting that DF won the game and even losing today I think he still deserved his job. The team to a man played for their manager and you have to accept that and the manager surely now has the blueprint for keeping the club in the EPL

 

What a result!! Have to admit I gave up hope after they went 2-0 up and didn't check the score until after 80th minute. Phone flashed up 2-2 but my joy was short lived as it caught up with Liverpool third goal. Could not believe we actually scored a 96 minute equaliser much to my son's annoyance .

I am so pleased for the team and deservedly have moved up the table. Hope springs eternal as they say so onwards and upwards......hopefully.

What an aah-so

 

Thought we looked a bit leggy today. Stayed in the game from good organisation. Then error prone start to the second half. Not going to shout out Rodon, probably our best player this season. Second goal, struijk error, gudmondson error, goal was lucky but Perry probably should get more on it.

Subs and formation changed the game, Gnonto in particular made a difference but all did well. Good build up play for the pen and the equaliser.

Tanaka left his man, to create the break for their third which they took really well… great spirit from us to come again and Ao redeems himself.

Farke will be most p*ssed with the third. Individual mistakes happen but think he hates it when it’s a player forgetting his job.

In the last 4 games we've played 3 of the current top 4 and last year's champions. We were well in every game so I hope we can carry it forward
