What’s going on at the Charlton - Pompey game? Match suspended?

 

Yes, and there is nothing mentioned anywhere on the BBC football page, I thought there might be a quick 'note' or something, it just says 'suspended'.

 

There was a medical emergency in the stands.

13:19 update on BBC: "As the other game clocks tick towards half-time we're still awaiting an update at The Valley, where a fan has been taken ill.

The game was stopped at around the 12th minute and the players were taken off the pitch a few minutes later."

 

It’s been abandoned now. Doesn’t bode well

 

I thought it would be but to be completely honest I was worried it was something like 'drone attack' or the modern sort of stuff we're getting.....well this day and age you never know.

 

Watford now winning 3-2

 

What in the daily mail

 

Derby 18 shots but only 5 on target lose 1-3 to Leicester who only had 4 shots but all 4 on target.

 

Blackburn game abandoned again, waterlogged pitch.

Lost any sympathy for them now

 

Sheff Utd going goal crazy again. 4-0 against Stoke. Stewards enquiry needed?

 

Why I didn't have sympathy the first time round either. Always problems there.

 

Fully expect them to be in play off contention come spring. Stoke had two bad results in a row since Robins signed new deal.

 

Impressive results for Ipswich and Millwall today.

Think Millwall might be in it for the long haul. Wouldn't fancy them in a play off semi.

 

2 legs though. Wouldn't fancy them if the 2nd leg was at their place.

 

Yeah needing a result in a night game up there would be extremely tough. Would much prefer them in the final I think.

Long way to go to worry about any of that though.

 

Very impressive win for Ipswich. Always possible for them to get the 3 points today, but to dominate it and win comfortably against Coventry is a bit of a statement.

 

I’ve not watched much of Cov but, on paper anyway, I don’t think they look that good. Pretty confident we will beat them in a couple of weeks. They’ve been consistent and deserve to be where they are, but i think us and Ipswich have a fair bit more quality in our squads overall

 

Really sad news about the Charlton fan.
