Black hawk down was pretty rubbish but did have a good fight scene No but bravehearts still a good watch
Trouble is a lot of people, especially Yanks think that things like Braveheart are accurate representations of history. And of course the English are always the baddies in Gibson’s films.
Ch4 ‘Say Nothing’ docudrama about the Catholic community in the 70s and focuses on Delores Price and her sister supporting the IRA in their fight for a unified Ireland. Takes us through the Troubles, hunger strikes to the Peace process. Was it all worth it and the impact on people’s consciousness. It captures the mood in Northern Ireland and the loyalty amongst the Catholic community in West Belfast with strong performances from Maxine Peake and Josh Finan as Gerry Adam’s in this enlightening series.
I've seen 5, but Zodiac absolutely does not belong in the conversation with the other 4. (Toy Story 3, Shaun of the Dead, Jackass and School of Rock)
