    For **** sake. Only 65.

    Absolute baller, his career curtailed by an ankle injury. United signed him from the Baggies at the same time we got Brian Robson, and they played together in the centre of midfield.

    That team was superb, but won nothing more than a couple of FA cups. Had Robson, Moses Wilkins, Muhren, Coppell in the midfield, Whiteside and Stapleton up front.

    Great to watch, and I had the privilege of doing so with a £40 a season ST.

    Although neither the rumour itself or the story saying it's a rumour have really been properly corroborated.
