My remaining kidney will end up like a blancmange once this is all over with.

    Fantastic effort from the lads.
When Isidor broke away at the end I thought he'd have blasted it and the roof would have come off.
Disappointed with a draw at Anfield shows how far we've come and that we're more than capable in the prem.

It's no longer match analysis and talking about key incidents, but dumbing down to follow the "narrative" and the glamour players because that's what the media thinks people want to hear. And a lot of it is also down to pundits knowing the square root of **** all about different teams and players unless they play for certain clubs. They don't have knowledge or interest in other clubs, so talk about the Liverpools, Man Us etc. and the Salahs and Brunos to cover up their lack or knowledge then get shown up by the likes of us doing well when they underestimate us because they know nowt about us.

⚪️ Regis Le Bris to Sky Sports:

️ “I’m not disappointed because it’s a good point away - especially in this place. It’s a privilege to play here. We played our football.

“It’s not an easy chance for Wilson. He gave his best but it wasn’t enough at the end.

“It’s probably one of the main strengths of this team. They’re humble and want to learn.” #SAFC

    'Sunderland really deserved to win'.

    Dion Dublin
Former Aston Villa and Man Utd striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

A draw is the least that Sunderland deserve to go away with. The way that they approached the game would have been the same if it was a Championship or League One game.

They find themselves in so many goalscoring positions and they never turn it down. Whether it is a cross in the box, long throw, corner, they don't complicate it.

Liverpool looked like they had no idea how to break this team down and they got lucky to get a point. On a 90-minute performance Sunderland really deserved to win the game
