This is what the premier league is all about, playing the big boys in their backyard and showing them what real support is all about. This time we go there with a good chance and playing well, not often that’s been the case in my lifetime. Im not going but will sit with a beer and just enjoy it for what it is, the lads rocking up to strut their stuff at Anfield. Thanks RTB once again for another fantastic thread

I was at school and someone spray painted the score on the school wall!

 

Apparently 1983 and 18 games since we beat them there. That has to change at some point and with our squad tonight is a good a chance as any to do it.

 

I remember Wise men say more than anything there, I’d took a Leicester supporter with me and he said the hairs stood up on the back of his neck.

Anyone expecting RLB to throw a curve ball in tonight. Mayenda on the wing possibly.
I think he will go 5 at the back whereas I would prefer 4 and have a go. If he does go 5 and we get the point it is a decent one.

I thought that but when you study the team, would you have Hume as a wing back or would it be Talbi? F*ck knows and hopefully Slot doesn't either!

 

Brobbey up front as I thought, physically could be a proper pain in the arse for Van Dyke.

 

Good that Brobbey gets a start hope he makes the most of it. Harsh on traore to be left out but he will get a chance later in the game. Good bench Wilson to use his pace after Brobbey has tired them out.

 

4 at the back and have 3 in centre midfield for me. Try to keep hold of the ball a bit better.

 

So Hume in midfield for you then? And getting back to go 5 at the back defending?

 

That reads like a very fluid starting 11, could be 5 at the back, could be 3, could be 4
