It is a working night. We have fans who say half that distance is too far on a Friday night or for a weekend 12.30 kick off.
travelling that far on a friday night means you cant be in jammies wiith some hot cocoa by the fire though
You can’t on any night during the week. But they will get back about 3 am and have to go to work in the morning.
Only just and should have done better. A good manager as shown by getting a job at a better club than us. A better club is one that finished higher in the league in the previous season. He was **** for us and even ****er for the blades. Nice to see it's working out for him back home in Spain.
Should he have done better? On what metric is that? He averaged close to the same number of points as Jakirovic, granted with a lot less goals scored - but also a lot less conceded. At that end of the division, with players low on confidence, ensuring we don't leak many silly goals is far more important than going out and scoring a bundle each week but conceding a bunch too. We ended up staying up on GD - precisely why his approach worked. He was not **** for us at all, what a ridiculous assertion. He was **** at Blades because their recruitment has been appalling and Wilder has struggled there too - the last week has finally started to see a turn in form but only after they've brought in a number of free agents to pull them out of the ****. Same as with Rosenior, this urge to completely **** on previous managers that actually achieved strong results for us is absolutely wild to me. It's not as if either he or Rosenior snaked us in the way Pearson did, for instance, and yet the fans seem desperate to **** on their accomplishments. We can be grateful for the job previous managers did without it diminishing our love for the current manager.
Bournemouth v Everton Vitality Stadium :2nd December Attendance11,161.. I had to look twice ,that’s a poor crowd for a premier league game .
