Sorry if I missed it but - 1. Do we have Joe for the season with no recall ? 2. If he’s recalled should we have been looking for a loan replacement of similar ‘ skills’ if possible 3. Anyone think we are a defender short 4. Burstow goals have dried up in the last couple of matches , injury or being marked now do not unknown ?
As I understand / see it: 1. Season loan but can be recalled in January. Hopefully Farke stays for now and Leeds do sufficiently ok to not want him .... then collapse from February onwards 2. I'm sure the club will have been looking at all scenarios 3. Yes. Williams could have been that defender, but something's clearly not right. 4. When you see players like McBurnie, it makes you realise Burstow was never going to be an answer. Destan is now looking a better option than Burstow anyway.
I don't think either are good enough...but....I think Destan is starting to get to grips with this level and has more physicality.
Can't say I was impressed by Louie Barry from the little we saw of him, although probably played out of position.
I wouldnt mind sending Ndala back and bringing in Barry if that was possible. I reckon Sergei could get him playing like we know he can.
