Cheers RTB for another brilliant thread coming thick and fast at the minute. Goes without saying that this will be a very tough game. I get that Liverpool aren't in the best of form at the minute but they do still possess some fantastic players and will at some point give a team a good hiding. Hopefully that wont be tomorrow. That said I think if we can keep it tight the longer the game goes level or even 1 down the pressure will mount on them and we could grab a point or 3. I'd settle for a point now and move on mind. Possible start for Brobbey then unleash Wilson on them for the last 20 when they tire. Oh and 5 at the back. Haway the lads.
Beaux Gris Gris concert tomorrow night -- shame as it clashes with the Liverpool game - do I do a Likely Lads and try and avoid the score
Liverpool have lost twice as many games as Sunderland. Sunderland haven't lost by more than two goals all season. Liverpool lost by three goals three times in November including 3-0 at home to Forest. No reason we can't get a result against them.
Will only see first half because of work, and have to keep quiet at work because I have a mysterious dental appointment on the Monday after the Saudi game. I was due to fly back to work at 06:00 on the Monday morning and the kick off time here is 22:00 on the Sunday
Will lose to Liverpool, will lose to Man C, will lose to Saudi Sportwashing FC. Bookmark this and throw it back in my face accordingly.
Not sure if people know what it’s like getting out of Anfield? Expecting came to finish at 10:15 and the last train back to Manchester from Liverpool like street is 23:36, assuming I’ll make that?
Great thread as always @RTB Nervous about this one It will be a great test to see where we are against the current league champions away at their place. I believe we have enough to get something out of the game and wouldnt be surprised to see 2-2 draw which Id personally be happy with. Happier with a win of which we are capable Hawaaaaaaaay
Went for a draw. RTB's write up convinced me of the 3 points against Bournemouth. Stuart Atwell convinces me will not get them tonight. Bookies rarely get things wrong but the odds are very tempting to back us at that price. As is the norm cheers RTB.
