We’re going for it now mate. I look back to David Bruce after the golf event I haven’t mentioned for a while :emoticon-0102-bigsm
This season isn’t about making the numbers up either, the sponsor deals lines up for a second season in the PL are mind blowing he said.
I’m expecting a top 8 finish this season after seeing how good our players are and wouldn’t be surprised if we sneak into Europe.

We could do with a support group for fans who are struggling to process where our club is at now. It's the speed of the change that makes it even more mind-blowing.

Like all of us, I'm always cautious about shouting too much positivity ,we've been bitten a good few times and, we are battled hardened . However this set up has the same vibes as Reidy and Keane where team and fans were as one,BUT this time and no disrespect to the previous players this squad is better .. and backed by a professional determined Ownerships and back office... Lets get carried away man ....

Can’t wait for December. Some really tough fixtures but loads to be excited about.

Newcastle's form is erratic, they've failed to score in three games and their wins have been close.

I don't care if they have cup matches around the derby or not, they're just not convincing.

They're making a big deal of Woltemade but he really hadn't been hassled and bullied until the West Ham game.

He won't find it so easy to nod in easy goals when he has Ballard & Co marking him.

I doubt Newcastle will be coming to the SOL expecting to win.

Reality just hit home for the Mags and that trip back from Brentford will seem endless, it's a bus replacement service tonight as well <laugh>

It's only a month until the derby and they're looking poor, now they're dropping like flies.

They're still on the forums shouting the odds but they're only two points off relegation with Man City up next.

The derby is their version of the Tell Tale Heart and the fear will start to grip them as much as they'll try to deny it <laugh>

    It just became real <whistle>

"Newcastle United has been allocated 2,528 away tickets ...

... ahead of the ticket application window opening on Monday, 10th November.

Sunderland will receive the same away allocation for the reverse fixture at St. James' Park in March, following an agreement between both."

So, reduced allocations and I wonder if they'll bubble it.

Just had a chat with my Mag relatives, two of whom have attended since the 1960's.

They've said that, after the corporate tickets have been dished out, the SC supporters have around 1360 tickets including OAPs and other categories meaning they only have around 1,000 'able bodied' fans. They won't be going as they're in their eighties now and only go to SJP.

So, every travelling 'bubble Mag' will be a SC holder who won't want to risk a ban.

I reckon they'll have the meekest turnout we've ever seen at the SOL, or Roker, including the year they were banned <laugh>

We'll have a packed out SOL and on the crest of a massive momentum ...

... we'll scare the shyte out of them.

    BREAKING - #NUFC

Kieran Trippier will be out for up to four weeks with a hamstring strain, per
    @CraigHope_DM

He is now likely to miss the Sunderland match on December 14th.

Funny how such a daft thread has been prophetic when most of my predictions are shyte.

Driving around Scotland today there are houses with Christmas decorations, everyone says Sunderland are safe and the Mags are completely losing their heads over the derby. What's funny is that pundits, and other team's supporters, are openly mocking them which, of course, makes them worse.

They just can't seem to grasp that the more they lather on the accent, big up how aggresive their midfield are and boast about their superiority to Sunderland the more people hate them. They think that shouting and 'pashun' endears them but it's having the opposite effect. They have nothing to come back with except more shouting and more pashun.

In the meantime Sunderland supporters are showing class, accepting that Newcastle should really win and just enjoying a quiet pride in their club ...

... it's driving the Mags insane because they just can't work out how to respond.

We've already beaten them whether they win the game or not ... fabulous :emoticon-0103-cool:
