Just had a look at the December fixtures for Wolves ... ... if they can get to January with any kind of chance of survival they'll deserve to stay up. They have Forest, United twice, Arsenal, Brentford and Liverpool. On current form they have no chance so you'd have to say it's Wolves +2 others ... ... so at least we won't be finishing bottom
No fear mate, not even an expectation, I am more excited to see how we play against them. We have shown some mettle against Arsenal and Chelsea and now we need to see where we are against Liverpool and Man City. I hope for good results but in truth I am more interested in how we approach the games against the best teams in the league (Its more about approach and mentality rather than result) to see if we are gearing up to become something more than we already are. I honestly believe that the years of yearning and hope are starting to come to fruition and that our fans may well be able to start and believe that we can and should be dreaming of more. The owners are proving what is achievable with smart recruitment on and off the pitch. RLB is looking tactically solid and is learning all the time. the squad is developing and building for the future. What is achievable is yet to be seen but I believe we are placing foundations to move this club forward both on the home front and in Europe and to be honest I can not wait to see what the future holds. I have stopped looking back and am concentrating on looking forward with excitement and optimism.
