Boro will be his last game i think Afcon regulations require teams to release players 2 weeks before I guess could say 50/50 for wrexham
I’d still love to know what McBurnie’s ‘calf’ injury actually is. A simple strain doesn’t warrant couple of months out.
Afcon players are meant to be released on the 8th I know some clubs will appeal to allow their players to play an extra game No idea if we are
Maybe so, my point is we’ve never been told what the injury is. Everything on here is pure speculation, is it only me who finds that a bit weird?
They never said what belloumis injury was or millars Apart from hamstring They dont say the actual medical diagnosis Same with mcburnie Would you like his full medical record Serg should come to press conferences with the scans
Only weird part with McBurnie is it was downplayed so much at the time and everything was spoken about as precautionary, but I think that was more to downplay concerns about it being long term (even though it ended up being reasonably long term). I remember there was a rumour a week or so after it happened that he'd be out until after Christmas, so it hasn't been quite that severe (although who knows when he'll be right to start games).
It’s not the same though is it? We all know that when players come back from ACLs that hamstrings become weakened are therefore prone to be pulled - not torn or requiring special treatment, merely rested for 4-6 weeks. McBurnie was taken off at Brum just as a precaution, since then we’ve had no clarification apart from ‘calf’ while every due date back has been extended with no explanation. I obviously don’t expect a daily update but I do think the situation isn’t typical.
