Fixed. The word 'again' suggested that at some time it had been other than empty which we all know wouldn't be true.
They've got something going following promotion and a easy start, but slowly but surely the bubble will burst and it'll hurt them. Essentially there's a satisfaction in building people up and then tearing them down.
Liverpool and Man City next both away. Potential for thrashings to burst their bubble. Lose those two they will start realising their place in the peckung order.
I don't worry about them long term.. We're going to be in and around the top regularly, but they will probably be ****e again in no time. That said I do think we might lose the derby because of the home advantage and the momentum they've got.. They've seen us acomplish what they dream of and they'll be frothing at the mouth in need to release years of such agonising pain they've built up in the process.
Their form will drop off, but I can see them remaining fairly solid, they're tough to play against this time, have a bit of a Bolton back in the day feel to them. Have the points on the board now, could see them finishing about 12th, which would be a very good first season for them. They gambled with completely changing the team from the championship, and it's worked. Should be a decent game in a few weeks, very different from when we a million miles better than them in the FA cup last time.
They'll stink the place out a little longer.. They've got a side full aldi players though, but they'll drop off eventually.
The opposite of what they used to do every season - get rooted to the bottom of the table for months, sack the manager and scrape survival. A crappy business model that obviously got them relegated.
