The first part is your assumption and the second part is easily countered by the fact Burn only moved following a suspension not an outright decision
This was you on the Lewis Hall Thread before he started playing... You weren't always a fan then. Like I say it's easy to pick at individuals, but I'm simply pointing out that we all get things right and wrong...from the happy clappers to the bedwetters we're all equally useless.
Urgh the screenshots come out.... Everything said on a message board is obviously point in time and and I don't rigidly stand by and defend everything I say to the hilt. This is where Roly goes wrong when he stands by his anti Barnes stuff when he's playing out of his skin. So in context here, Hall was hardly being played and we hadn't seen any of his potential to warrant a spend like that....he came strongly into the team after that, and then was brilliant last year, so his reputation clearly grew massively from then on. Again, it's pointless to try to call things far out in the future, cos none of us know what will happen.
Anyway Spurs are a bit **** right now. Might have started brightly until Frank, but that's seriously gone to **** now, 1 point from the last 12. Nice time to beat them and ping right up the table.
Anyway the point I was making is that you're after Roly and GG and they were right about Pope needing dropping and Burn playing left back... Anyone on here is guilty of being wrong, myself included and everyone on here I've seen lay into managers and players over the years. I agree about people having the right to change their minds though.
Yeah they look pretty ****, so hopefully Howe plays the best side available and doesn't keep reinventing the side every week. Same side and make changes if and when needed..
The Burn point isn't valid and never was, him at left back was just a result of Hall being injured and him having to fill in there. As soon as Hall got fit again he went straight into the team, it was never in Howe's mind to play Burn there long term, it was only ever a fix/cover for Hall being out. Pope is different, was he dropped cos of form or the injury? We don't know, but Ramsdale should keep his place, not much to do yesterday, but still looked much less flappy and erratic than Pope. People going after managers is the tedious one for me, if it's an extremely bad sustained run then fair enough, but the whole braindead troll thing of internet twats wanting the managers sacked every time a team loses is why social media is so tedious.
