Do I want Brighton and Liverpool to beat West Ham and Forest ... ... or vice versa? If the bottom clubs lose it means there's a big gap growing and almost makes us safe. Or do i want us to keep our position at the top ... ... difficult conundrum for Sunderland supporters.
Well, when I started my thought process my pint was definitely full, but as time went by my pint was empty. So, I went and got another pint. I'm still considering the options
Thomas Frank is finished at Spurs imo, it'll drag on but he's on borrowed time. He's extremly arrogant on the back of very little and starting to have a go at reporters. That's all fair enough but he's now calling out the many Spurs fans, who booed today, as not being true supporters. For someone who dumped Brentford, for a massive wage increase, he has a nerve questioning anyone's loyalty. He's showing himself up as a nasty little man who's next job will be at Blackburn or Portsmouth.
Once you start to take on the supporters, whether you're a manager or player, there's only gonna be 1 winner
I am just happy for us to be us. At the minute other results are not really affecting us so we win, lose or draw and I look at where we are in the league then scan other teams (Think it's because I am not used to how we are doing). I said a few days ago that I do not fear any team and we have 2 of the best premier league teams of the last 15 years coming up very soon and my opinion of it is bring them on and lets see what they have got, because if they are not top of their game we may well exploit that. As for the results in other games today I think I would like to see another promoted team survive and looking at the table it is starting to look like a gap is opening up at the bottom between15th Fulham and 16th Nottingham Forest. Forest and West Ham do have to play today and both have tough games. I neither wins that gap could soon grow exponentially meaning the bottom 5 could be cut adrift at this early stage. Of course if Liverpool and Brighton both win neither would go above us (except maybe on goal difference in the case of Brighton) but they would be very close to us. so truthfully I think a draw in both games please.
Its reported to be worth 200m by some, not to be sniffed at. . Seriously mate I cant believe what I am seeing, never mind hearing , buts its all good and thats enough for the time being. Going back I never thought I would see us face those local rivals again on a level playing field, especially when Keegan bought in Asprilla and Sheera, then we went 6? in a row, you never know how the times will go. OaU
Just like that prick on the sidelines yesterday, thought he was great the way he has moulded Bournemouth into the attacking force they are , but what an entitled prick he showed himself to be yesterday , I will watch his progress now with interest, but no longer admiration.. He helped us beat them yesterday with his antics, so I thank him for that, and will look forward to the inevitable implosion. .
All I wanted this season was to be competitive, beyond my wildest dreams what’s going on, one hell of a foundation to build on if we do stop up too, I’ve got complete and utter faith in the club to get the next 2 windows right too then maybe just maybe we’ll need our passports
