But could/should have had a hat trick, not just the one goal.

    Kenny scores a 50 yarder!

Scotland go through to the World Cup finals

(The game is basically done already though - and it was really Kieran Tierney’s goal that got them through)

Trying to watch Cov v WBA on Sky, but it's a bloody awful picture. Heavy rain and misty. Switched to Bristol v Swansea.
Better picture and an early goal for Bristol

And all this from a side that is the 'weakest in the league' according to some.

Finished 2-1 to Oxford and yes, mixed feelings about that as they extend their unbeaten run to 4 games.

    Pleased for Placheta though.

    From the BBC:

Oxford United's match-winner Przemyslaw Placheta speaking to Sky Sports:

"Amazing. I'm very pleased with the goal and that I can help the team win the game. Like Will [Vaulks] said, we always put everything on the pitch for the whole 90. We need to believe and we need to be hard to beat on our pitch, so I'm very pleased with the win."

On his instructions from boss Gary Rowett when he was brought on:

"Obviously score a goal and win the game. But no, very pleased with the team performance."
