    Apart from Wednesday it's going to be very competitive down the bottom. Norwich and Sheff Utd should be able to pull clear when they sort themselves out, which doesn't leave many obvious candidates. A lot of the unfancied teams are currently in the top half. Hull, Preston, Derby, Stoke all finished just outside the relegation places last season.

    Pompey have a nice run of fixtures coming up unfortunately though.

    Ah yeah true. I suspect Charlton, QPR will fade too. Swansea look like struggling. Even Norwich is not a guarantee. New manager might not work out.
