started at 1100 to pick up my repaired computer ... they didnt do as asked so it was a fu! WHEN took it in girl didnt put all details on the sheet so they didnt phone me as suggested by her to confirm courses of action especially around ram and windows 11 they phone a glitch in the OS and so replaced it with a install of windows 10!!!!!!! .a factory reset so everything gone!!!! left store after 4 hours or so with this computer which had £100 off [so called ]..... started boot up at 6pm and 3hours 40 minutes later got it to here. loading the the micro soft wouldnt play ball took 2 hours using phone and laptop to finally get it to move on to the next page after log on..................!!!!!! now I have to find all my programmes that are in the ether! have micro soft loaded so hopefully will have word and excel also got a wireless keyboard mouse keyboard a bit small but mouse fine...... also saved £9 on my care package so in first year another saving of £108 so an i5 with more ram and a bigger than I will need HD for around £350 aint to bad .................................. so far
