2,006. I had initially hoped that it might get to members (with an expectation of a higher allocation), but I have doubts now.
Drat...Might book anyway and try to pick up a spare or a home end ticket EDIT: Bit the bullet and booked the flights and accommodation. If anyone hears of a ticket in the away end now I'll be really grateful. Home end seems easy enough if all else fails
Well it's not sold out as I've just phoned up but I don't want to buy over the phone - I want to select my own seat. Just fix the ****ing website.
Just done some calculations on how many aways I'll definitely do this season and I've come to 14 games. It doesn't include Portsmouth or Wrexham as I've no idea if I'll be able to get a ticket for either or Leicester and Preston as I'm still unsure on those. Boro is a definite no though! Regardless of what division we're in next season I do want to be in the top one or two windows for away tickets so if I can do 15 or 16 that will do me.
You'll definitely get Pompey I reckon. It'll be this season only remember and you must be on 8/9 after tomorrow and Norwich? Reckon it'll start not much higher than that. I've booked a hotel and stuff for Boro but might not go if we get a good fa cup draw. Preaton is a mission for a midday KO. I'm thinking of going to climb scafel pike the day before and making a weekend of it.
Preston will depend of where we are in the table for me. If it looks like we will be going up or could seal promotion I'm obviously going. A dead rubber and I likely won't.
Be great if there's something on it as they give up to 5k tickets which I think we could sell if we need a result. Though obviously we might not know how important it is until the week before. Leeds last time looked a big game when the tickets went on sale.
