I do wonder how the refusal to play certain players effects the morale of the squad.

You'd assume gomez cheisa and to a lesser extent Ramsey (there will be others) are around the first team all the time.

Knowing it doesn't matter what happens you've got no chance of getting in the team must be demoralising. Does this get passed on?

Also knowing it doesn't matter how **** you play, you're going to get picked hardly incentivises hard work and dedication.
