like when the everton player slapped his team mate, no reaction if it was on a man u player, theyd have been on the floor rolling about its all cheating thats been allowed to creep in
too many people creaming themselves about Greaves - he most certainly isn't brilliant in the air - in fact he's proved he isn't Premier League standard after many faltering performances last season - he's not even been first choice for Ipswich in the Championship with many fans on his back - last night he didn't stand out except for acting like a fanny on a couple of occasions, reverting to his trade mark shirt pulling in the area again which last night's useless ref deemed it acceptable and penalised Joseph instead, a couple of sliced clearances and a pass straight into touch - £16 million - we pulled their pants down, second only to the sale of Clucas to Swansea for a similar amount
Please don't tell me you're saying Coyle had a good game last night? I know you're on the wind up if so.
I thought it had 0-0 written all over it. A really poor mistake for the first goal, one extra step is all it needed and it’s an easy header away, it was such a poor cross. We were good in the first half although could’ve done better with a couple of opportunities on the counter but otherwise we matched them. They had a miles better team compared to ours which included two of our best players from last year so I thought we did well considering. They should be top 6 at least end of the season with the team they have.
Er, we don't. We have a consultant who basically phones in with advice/research on upcoming opponents.
Hi. Take a listen to jakirovic's comments. Anyone thinking this set piece consultant, in a week, will have had any material impact on something like throw ins is daft. He basically just highlights weaknesses in upcoming opponents for us to prepare for and hopefully exploit. He's a consultant, not a coach.
Giles had the assist for Destan and then laid one on a plate for Joseph vs QPR which he managed to hit the goalie with. I also thought he had massively overhit a cross well past the far post, which found Belloumi who then miscontrolled. Burnsey pointed out that no City player had got in the box. That ‘over hit cross’ was actually his only option and considering he had a split second to pick out, was incredible vision and skill. He also put in a few tricky crosses last night too, so have no concerns about him being worked out.
