There's no need to over react just yet. VM's literally had no time to do anything in a few days.

The 2 home games coming up against Oxford and Portsmouth are pivotal - 2 wins are essential: 6 pointers at this stage… <steam>

We have no leadership on the pitch and we lack pace in the side, teams are running through us, particularly in midfield and through the middle of the defence.

Perhaps it’s time - until Matos can bring in the cavalry in January - to play the 2 young defenders in the middle Casey & Ishe.

Additionally, need to play Widell regularly

There seemed to be a lethargy and perceived lack of interest from players last night. Cabango is no captain to rally the troops. Poor old Galbraith, Vipotnik and the goalkeeper seemed to be the only ones trying their best.Where was our pace? Derby had plentyand won although they were only in second gear. I felt sorry for the new manager who was trying to instil some purpose and tactics in to the squad but it fell on deaf ears. On to the next one and perhaps his methods will have reached the players by then.
