Got dragged to wicked 2 last night when wicked 1 was already pretty ****.

Biggest waste of my time for 2 and a half hours.

Storyline is an absolute mess and the adaptation of what characters come about is ridiculous
Characters doing dumb things non stop, literally worse than a horror film where the mates go off on their own into the woods
Ariana Grande is pretty ****ing annoying, no idea what shes done to her face but she looks weird to me so having to see her on screen for most of it made it even worse.

    My first 1/10

    Films on the plane back:

Tron Legacy - I thought i would like this, maybe i was tired but i couldn't really get into it and i found it hard to watch. Managed it though rewinding back a few times and dozing off. 5/10

Deep Cover - Typical comedy film involving nerds going undercover. I really like the trio on set who fit their roles perfectly. Never thought i'd see a performance like that from orlando bloom. Had a blast watching it. 8/10

The Amateur - I wanted to like this more but i didn't really like how it developed. I think i like coherent actions unless i go into a film knowing it will be silly like an MI or Bond film which i don't think they wanted this to be. 5.5/10

The Brutalist 7.2/10 massively overhyped Oscar nod. Broady is nothing special in it and certainly shouldn't be winning awards. Guy Pearce hams it up and is very good but still it's just not worth the hype at all.

I would normally be all over that and was looking forward to it so it is really a damning review. There are things to like but not enough for it be a great film.

    The running man

Very good adaptation of the source material. A lot better than the Arnie version.

    7/10

    Nuremberg

    Excellent film.

Crowe's best performance for a long long time. Malek is also very good.

    Malice 8.- 6 parter.
Jack Whitehall playing a serious role, did it pretty well.
