They’ve lost 3 times, to Real, Sporting Lisbon and Atalanta. They beat Ajax. Currently 2nd in Ligue 1. Won’t be easy but I think we have enough to surprise them.
Tbh it not as important as the game vs Everton so they should just play a second string and give players a chance to show something. This is why the new format is crap because clubs can easily qualify without stretching their squads. There's not much on each game until late in the group stage and the ko rounds.
We could finish top 8 though, then we don't have to play a play-off round. We could potentially rest players against PSG if we are guaranteed top 8, or are in the middle bit and can't get top 8 come that fixture.
We can even if we lose though tbf... We need to get something at Everton big time regardless of Yesterday.
