Glasner was the one I wanted but I'm not sure this is all down to Slot. Their transfer strategy was a confused mess in the summer. Spent far too much in attack and left Guehi until far too late. Salah is a declining force. I also think the death of Diogo Jota is weighing very, very heavily on that dressing room. I was taken aback by Andy Robertson's comments after the Scotland win...even three months on the pain is clearly still very raw. They may be pampered little ****s, but footballers are only human.
