Hope we don’t change how we play in second half based on a big lead. Don’t want to see us pushed back towards our goal for rest of match. Don’t trust our defence that much. This performance is also reinforcing the idea that theres just no rush to appoint a permanent manager yet.
Charlton had conceded the fewest goals of any team in the league before today. So yeah, regardless of it being us doing it, this was not on the cards of likely things to happen today. And I too am not entirely confident that this is won yet which is just ridiculous given the score line,...so broken are we by supporting Saints. I'd Like us to get one early in the second half (or even just not concede for the first 10/15 mins) and then take Leo off for JRob.
