    League 1 bound!

His child is in the other class to mine at school.

Watching grown men desperate to high five him or speak to him is cringe!

    You know who you are!!!!!

    What’s that? Bathroom? Eh?

    Hang on… oh, towels?

Never mind, he’s here now. Just smile for the camera, son.

Random qn....nowhere else to ask this.....but, is our boxing day game vs Weds set in stone for KO at 3 or are we still in a position where the game is likely to be subject to change? I'm assuming that it's likely to be pushed back either to a 530 or 8 ko......trying to arrange Boxing day plans atm and whilst weds city is high on 3 or our lists....not so much the wife's!

Why do grown men want to high five your kid? Sounds weird to me and should be reported.

I think Sky have now made their selections up to the end of February, so they shouldn't be able to change it.

    Sergej Jakirovic on Arber Hoxha...

“I personally wanted to bring Arbër to Hull this summer. We were prevented by the embargo, given his existing contract at Dinamo he could not come. That tells you enough what I think of him.”

    Don't do crazy transfers please.

As we should already realize, we are performing great under embargo, similar to Turkish clubs, Samsunspor (Conference League leader) or old team of Sergej.

Common knowledge: Turkish directors have no idea about transfers, don't let them intervene or embargo them, all will be good.

On the other hand, Acun's TV channel has applied for IPO in Turkey, looking to generate funds from stock exchange, so they disclosed some numbers. I am not sure if he can move money between those companies, but might be helpful for our cash issues also.

TV8 TV BROADCASTING is going public... The Q3 2025 financial statements haven't been released yet, but I don't think they'll turn out differently... As the financials worsen, the capital inflow from going public would be a good thing...

We're doing well 'despite' the transfer embargo, not because of it. We've brought in a manager who knows how to get the best out of players with fast paced counter attacking play. Half the team that's playing at the minute have been written off by many of us at some point or another when we've adopted a slow build up approach.

I said two years ago, countless times, it's so much easier to attack when you don't advance so slowly you always have to beat 10 men, in position and facing you, to try and get an effort on goal. When we're breaking fast and playing into space professional footballers can do so much more with the ball and show a bit of quality.

If people think we're doing well 'because' of the embargo then they need to reassess judgement on the business we've done previously, which has too often been considered as us pissing money away on **** players - right now the team, and some of those players are proving that can't be true. Giles, Joseph and Drameh are three immediate examples I can think of. Some of the players who've been and gone, who we labelled **** players, could have flourished under SJ. Look at Coyle and Slater's involvements as well. We go into every game believing we can win at the moment.

We'd have a lot more options to try and make this side even stronger if we didn't have a transfer embargo on us. Because we're playing well that doesn't equate to our restrictions being the root cause of it. Seen a lot of people kind of hinting at that recently. If SJ went tomorrow and we brought in a gaffer who favoured possession then we'd probably go to **** again.

Agreed to the extent I've said countless times that bringing in specifically attack minded players and expecting them to hit the ground running is quite silly. Constantly turning over the attacking third allows for no consistency or dynamic development between the group.

Agreed but had we played this way the last few years, we wouldn’t have scored that Aaron Connelly goal against Middlesbrough.
