Peej is immuno-compromised so probably wise to not totally trust a Bossman he doesn’t know especially when ordering in English.

Foreign BK tends to be banging too.

McDonalds we had at Gaillac in France was completely different level - went there before shopping at the Leclerc hyper market for our holiday supplies - literally opposite across the car park - no plastic cheese - slice of some proper French stuff melted to perfection and mustard possibly had a dash of dijon ... fries perfect...

Some sort of weird bulgar wheat risotto.
Food has been ****e, but last few days have been able to get away from hospital with all the IV things removed and go a few 100 yards and have real food from a Burger King :bandit:

Flights home are sorted for Wednesday morning

All this time you had someone with you, why didn't they go out and get you food?

Have managed to be able to venture out over the last few days.

Found a local place that seems to be filled all day, had a couple of light lunches.
Popped in this evening for a bit of dinner.

So all sympathy posts while someone was bringing nosh in.

no, eating the breakfast and also most of the dishes they served up.
Just last day or so I have been able to get out.

Edit. Plus I haven’t put stuff up for a day or so. think I’m on a heart ward, because every meal is lacking salt

22oz ribeye for lunch today.
Made a delicious creamy blue cheese sauce to go with it.
