Bought our first and second houses on endowment mortgages, used to get warning letters about a shortfall and got compensation, the shortfall wasn't owt much, endowment policy was Norwich Union, scooped free shares at some point, they became Aviva, I took the dividends for years then sold them recently on a high of 671p. Third mortgage was repayment and overpaid it off early.

There is a programme on one of the Asian sky channels, appears to be like Britain's got talent, and it is addictive viewing.
I put it on one day when I heard my kids coming in to try and be funny. We all ended up watching it for about an hour, the dancing was so good. It's all kids dancing with an adult. I've come in to find my two watching it a few times now, my daughter wants to try the dancing somewhere local she has enjoyed watching it that much.

I started the job I'm. In now in 2011.
The guy I took over from was retiring and I spent 5 weeks working with him .
He was nearly 67 and told me he had taken out an interest only mortgage when he was 60 and would probably die owing the same amount .
Me and the woman I worked with asked him how he got in this situation bearing in mind him and his wife worked full time .
He said it's impossible for me to control my wife's spending .
