What's been happening today, folks? I appear to have missed something.

Well, I'm singing it, but with the line 'Come back, Lardy' instead.

 

No thanks, I'm too left wing for some on here, although I like to think I'm a pragmatic left winger. That said I moderated a Hull board for a few years and deleted very few posts, and never banned anyone. I also took the precaution of posting under another account so as to remain anonymous, that way you start with a clean sheet and no one can immediately accuse you of bias from previous encounters.
Oh and for the record, no one can ever offend me on any message board, I'm too thick for ermm thick skinned for that.

We’ve got a sensible mix on here. We tend to steer clear of politics because we don’t agree. We’ve got 2.5 on the right, a couple on the left, and a strange bloke who throws his toys out of the pram at every opportunity…

I count myself as a blue socialist - look after anyone who genuinely can't look after themselves but expect everyone else to stand on their own two feet without complaint.

 

Obviously I don’t comment on politics …but there’s an organisation called Blue Labour and I agree with much of what they say.

No nonsense about women who can have penises, no nonsense about single men of fighting age being genuine refugees , socially and economically conservative …,this is the Labour tradition I grew up with & can respect.
