Off Topic "Unsupported protocol" on data.

Anyone else get this while trying to use this site when using data?
Get on every other site fine, only have this issue on here.
Im on EE if that makes a difference.

I had that, put it on the general chat forum and no one was much help. Im on EE as well and use android phone. It worked yesterday though so not sure if its sorted altogether now or what the problem was.

Sometimes, depends where it is. Annoyingly it does it when I'm at my daughters swimming, which is dull as ****.

Aye, im on android as well, and phone had software update on thursday.

 

Seems like a soft reset has sorted it.
Or in other words, turn the bugger off and on again.

I had the same issue, it's the new online safety act carry on. My new phone settings on my ee account were set to moderate (under 18). Changed it to adult 18+ and everything works now

 

In the Keel WiFi on

 

Ill try the on and off and the adult content to see if it sorts it as tried to get on before when I was waiting for the bairn to finish dance and it wouldn't let me.

Ive just turned WiFi off to check, and mins doing the same on EE data.
Bloody frustrating.
Mines been like this since my phone last updated, Samsung S23.

 

Samsung F7... now that you mention an update...my Android security patch is dated 1st October, so might not be linked?
