I would go for Gary O’Neil, former NCFC player who knows what it’s like to gain promotion from Championship to EPL.

I found this paragraph on the PinkUn a bit shocking… “…currently only seven managers in the Championship were in the same job this time last year. Of those, three earned promotion from League One last term, one came tumbling down from the Premier League, and Chris Wilder only recently returned to Sheffield United…” Which would mean only 2 managers that were in the championship last season are still in the same job!
And the two leading sides in the EPL - Arsenal and Man City - have had the same Manager for years. Patience can be a virtue as long as progress is being made,
