It's up to Eddie to take the next step (a trophy basically), he and the players need to step up in the crunch games of the season, instead of folding like the last LC final.

If he does, obviously he stays, if not, we might have to look elsewhere.

Huge second half of the season for all concerned.

Eddie Howe given Freedom of Newcastle <ok>

Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe's freedom of the city status has been confirmed by councillors.

The Magpies boss was nominated following the club's Carabao Cup win in March - the side's first
major trophy in decades.

Councillors have now voted to approve the motion to give him the highest civic honour the city can bestow.
