Absolute rollercoaster emotionally in that second half. I had come to terms with being beaten by a (slightly) better team and a moment of quality but never write our lads off. Brobbey did so well there.
Brobbey really growing into the team when he is playing, too. took his goal brilliantly and gave Saliba and Gabriel lots of problems.
****ing brilliant. This team do not give up. ELF poor for the first mind but I’ll take a point there. They’ve conceded 3 goals all season and we’ve put 2 past them.
If Arteta gives us the slightest bit of praise ( instead of usual bitter complaints) - it will surely be the final proof that we have arrived
Was ready to say we've put on a good show, annoyed we gifted them the equaliser, admired the strike for they're second and then up popped Mr Brobby.....unbelievable Jeff.
Reggie masterclass yet again....that's the hardest game Arsenal have in this season by a country mile.
Just an observation but when we play Arsenal away we will almost certainly play the same way we did just now. Home or away they were always going to put us under a lot of pressure so I wouldn’t be surprised to get something there as well. Also, all 4 goals were outstanding.
That's how RLB wants us to play, with courage ... ... just like the Hume reverse pass for the equaliser. I won't criticise Le Fée for that.
aye. Hume was ****ing brilliant tonight too. Whenever he was on Trossard, he limited him to nowt at all. Then puts that clever little clip in to Ballard.
Congratulations to all you Sunderland supporters who have been supporting your team through some rough years but wow, you are taking the Premier League by surprise. Fantastic to see you doing so well, enjoy your night
