3-1. Exactly what we needed and a goal is exactly what Azon needed. Glad he’s got his first.

This team do know how to get themselves more than one goal in front. Impressive stuff.

4-1, second Burgess own goal. And that one looked absolutely horrendous.

Another good away win, becoming a habit.

Into the break which we all hate, refresh, rest and then the Xmas rush. But we all wonder is their a 1st XI?

We'll take that and move on up the table.

Thought Taylor and Clarke were excellent today. Brilliant save from Walton and some good link up and attacking play throughout the match. The team is starting to move through the gears now and confidence in the group must surely be growing. 10 points from the last 12 available shows that we're headed in the right direction.

Enjoy the rest of your day, lads.

    Does there need to be?

Looks to me like we have 2 attacking units. Matusiwa and the back four (Kipre and Greaves sharing starts) are pretty much nailed on to start. Then we have 2 groups of attacking players that tend to play together, meaning each group can either start or be introduced as subs.

McK has set us up from the start of the season to be able to rotate and make large numbers of changes in preparation for the crazy schedule ahead. Having pretty much all players ready to start without the quality dipping will stand us in good stead going into the winter.

Potentially only 3 points off the second spot if we win our game in hand. Magnificent save from Walton at a crucial time and great confidence with his feet. Will be hard for Palmer to get back into the side.

I missed most of the first half in which I heard we performed well, so from my perspective I still see lots of room for improvement. We look to be doing what teams did to us last season where if we keep fairly solid our individual quality will get us the result in the end. I found most of our attacking play on the whole frustrating still but there are glimpses of better understanding.

Really pleased for Azon, he's been unlucky which some of the chances he's had and missed and he looks a lively player and particularly has good movement in the box, an area in which I think Hirst generally can improve on.

And shout out to both Taylor and Walton who I think you can say may not be the best players but make us look a better team. We just generally look more settled at the back with Walton in there, he's certainly a calming presence. We also look far better with Taylor in alongside Matusiwa, have to say praise for him but finding a partner for Matusiwa who can also cover him I believe is a priority in the January transfer window, I still dont think we have a player suited to play the double pivot alongside him.
