Can’t recall a mistake he’s made this season in that department (could be my memory). Albeit he hasn’t had loads to do McCarthy has made more shot stopping errors this season and I’d guess they’ve played about the same amount of games? Off the top of my head Boro and Blackburn goals I’d put down to shot stopping errors, and possibly one of the Bristol City goals But yeah neither good enough for where we ultimately want to get to, worth noting they were our keepers when we got promoted last time though, so shows it is possible even with them in the side
Can't imagine it hurts. Either way, won't know how good he can be til he's 27+. Which is why I think, given there isn't a huge amount in it, play the younger one who can be better. Understand people are cynical now given recent few seasons but taking emotion out of it, seems to be the best option to me.
