Around the world with Willy Fogg, might take a few back to BBC kids programs in the 1980s. Edit. I should say that I loved this as a kid.
Not a cartoon as such but aimed at small children, Mr Tumble !! I would take great pleasure in tumbling that bloke. Grandkids absolutely love him Special mention for Dora the Explorer as well, the annoying little git.
They build everything on a hill and sometimes without the proper planning permission. There was an episode where some keys went down a drain so they called in the local builder who arrived straight away (so that's lies), ended up just digging a f**koff crater, zero planning permission from the council, from what I seen there was no risk assessment carried out and the kids where allowed to play around the crater and the heavy machinery with zero PPE.
Dogtanian was ok, not as good as Around The World With Willy Fogg, though. Anyone remember these two obscure ones? Ulysses 31 - a sort of sci-fi updated version of the myth of Ulysses and the Odyssey, a bit weird. The Mysterious Cities Of Gold - set in South America about an orphan and his friends travelling to South America in search of his father and 7 cities of gold.
