    Regis Le Bris:
"Alderete - not serious but he won't be available this weekend, but can get some minutes with his country and be ready for Fulham. Everyone else is OK"
"They are a good side, one of the top sides in Europe"
"We can keep our consistency even when things are going bad, we fight to the end"
"Xhaka knows how Arteta operates, the main thing is to have the belief and transmit that to the squad"
"Venga was really important in France and was an influence on me."
"We were sloppy in the 30 minutes against Everton, after that we played well but consistency is the key, we were disappointed for the way we started."
"Everyone is aware of the challenge, the training was better this week"
"We won't rush players back (Diarra) "
"Arteta is a really good coach, the managers need to have quality and he has finished second in this league"
"The club has to grow and we need to set the standards on the pitch, the main strength of a leader is to create other leaders"
"It's better to have players that we need to slow down, rather than have to push them"
"We have to play our best football, if we are too reserved or if we are too emotional we will be punished."
"We want to be competitive in this league"
    - I'll let smug translate that one from Canal+ :emoticon-0105-wink:
"We started with our model and we won't rush to change it but we will improve it."
"If you work hard and you learn from different experiences, then its a case of doing simple things well and being connected, you can't overthink, so if you work properly before, then give everything we will see."

For that comment alone they are now my second team. I hope they are the ones that finish in runners up spot behind us. <laugh>

Another game i just can't wait to be here. At home to arsenal who would have thought it just a few months ago. Not only that but sitting 4th. Whatever happens we will be behind them all the way from 1st to last kick. It's what they all deserve. I just have a feeling that this is going to be one of those days one of those moments that we will think back to and say wow unbelievable. For me it's a bit of a free hit and id take anything from this game.
    Haway the lads.
Apologies RTB fabulous thread as always. Thank you.

Brilliant thread again RTB. Many thanks for your efforts.
Really looking forward to the game tomorrow and most importantly, I'm sure our team will be too. They'll be looking forward to testing themselves against the best side in the division. This will be a good yardstick for how far we've really come in the last 5 months.
I've gone for a draw, but a win is by no means out of the question with this bunch of players. They just keep surprising everyone with their performances.

Everton's goal on Monday is probably a good lesson learned. We certainly can't let Saka drift in on his left, like we allowed N'diaye to do. Sure the coaching team will have worked on that.

I'm in agreement with a lot on here who have expressed their wish for us to leave at least one player up the pitch when we are defending corners. Isidor or Talbi would be my choice.

I think the fans will be the difference tomorrow and I'm quietly confident of retaining our unbeaten home record.
