Morning all. Just work for me after waking up thinking it was Saturday and then realising it's Friday! Chill evening on the sofa. It's been a real struggle this week with this cold bug. Two weeks in and I've still got thick catarrh and I keep coughing and sneezing. It's not covid as I tested. The bairn had it first and there's loads bad at uni, so we think it's some kind of freshers flu bug.
There must be loads of it about as my young lady had her appointment at the doctors cancelled Apparently loads of staff have / have had it and they are dropping like flies Doesn't fill me with confidence for this years flu jab

The changed the criteria and made it stricter for covid. It's only over 75's and those with serious health conditions now. The bairn keeps teasing me and calling me a pensioner now
Get some menthol crystals from the chemist Becs, a dozen or so in a bowl of boiling water and inhale it. Have some tissues at the ready because it clears everything out. Be careful when you ask for it at the counter, my wife went to Tesco chemist and asked for some crystal meth, much to the amusement of all around
Mornin' all, glad I'm so antisocial with those bugs going round. No footy worth watching there for me, watford if I get really desperate. Tide's out, foot's not screaming too loud, hoping to walk as far as Rhyope beach today. Just hope I can walk back, I'll take my penknife with me in case I need to amputate.
I'm doing that with Olbas Oil. The dog hates it and runs away when I get the bottle out of the cupboard
Menthol crystals are like Olbas Oil on steroids Becs The 5g tub looks really small but you just need a tiny amount to do the job
