Watching Preston v Swansea.

Swans got something like 65% possession and multiple shots but are typically two nil down from both of Preston's efforts all game.

Reckon Swansea could have 99% possession and still wouldn't score.

 

Deserved something out of it but if you defend like we do any team will nick a goal eventually. Dismal game overall.

 

Thought the second half was much better then the first, we rode our luck a bit towards the end but battled well to hold on.

You must have had about 8 corners after your goal.

5 years ago today we beat Newcastle 2-0 and went top of the PL.

 

5 years ago we beat Man U 4 - 1 and Everton 5 - 3 in the same week........and still went down

Mental that the old bill in Brum let protest groups right up to the ground.

 

All getting a bit tense with protestors outside Villa Park, stupid ****s go to the game or **** off home.

 

I don't think the genuine fans are happy with this, because now they can't get to their relevant gates.

 

It’s Birmingham. The police are fortunate the ‘protestors’ let them near the ground.

 

The idea that they'd be able to contain two rival groups who have nothing to do with the game right outside the stadium is ridiculous.

Really once there was all this publicity over it this probably should have been held behind closed doors.

 

Well the cops have well and truly ****ed this up.

Not exactly a lack of Villa fans up for a ruck under normal circumstances so I’m sure they’re enjoying themselves too.
