Thanks mate, ended up giving my mate my login to download my ticket as you said. What a chew on! It’s the lad I have a season card with so we’ve swapped several times if one of us can’t make it but obviously he’s in a group with his family as am I!

Yeah it's not the easiest mate but I suppose it's the club trying to protect itself and us as ST holders and I always found that way to be the easiest between family members and close friends. Glad you got sorted <ok>

If someone else coming in I suppose that means club has already decided he's not good enough. That may be true, but it's a shame if it's not working out the way we thought and wanted.

    New partnership and fixture.....

2026 Democracy Cup Champions To Face Sunderland In England

Organisers of the Democracy Cup have confirmed that the 2026 winners will face English Premier League club Sunderland in an international friendly next year.

The announcement followed a new partnership agreement with the English side, which has close ties to Ghana through former Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan, who featured for Sunderland for just over a season.

The revelation came during an appreciation ceremony for sponsors and partners of the 2025 Democracy Cup, held at Parliament’s D.F. Annan Auditorium in Accra on Wednesday night.

Henry Asante Twum, who moderated the event, disclosed the news with the approval of Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin.

“Through the efforts of the organisers, Primeval Media Limited, and the Office of the Right Honourable Speaker, we have secured a partnership with Sunderland Football Club in England. So, the winner of the next edition will travel to England,” he said.

During the event, a framed number three jersey, representing Bagbin’s rank in Ghana’s political hierarchy, was presented to the Speaker as a gift from Sunderland.

Launched in 2024 to promote peace and democratic values through football, the Democracy Cup continues to attract growing support from institutions and corporate bodies.

Hearts of Oak won the 2025 edition after defeating Great Olympics 1-0 at the University of Ghana Stadium, while Kotoko played D.C. United in Washington after their 2024 triumph.

He was a good player what i remember of him.. He also represented England. He was a big strong angry powerhouse of a striker, looks like he's chilled out now in his older age lol

Lita has a Reading connection with Murty if I remember right - played together quite a lot. If he is as good as Murty we’re onto a good thing.

Aye, that’s right. Reading had a decent PL side at one point with both of those featuring heavily
